Don't let a little wet weather slow you down. This men's heavyweight hoodie gives you the familiar comfort of a favorite sweatshirt with the added benefit of keeping you dry in light rain. There's a hidden security pocket inside the handwarmer pocket in the front. Previously known as the Rain Defender® Paxton Heavyweight Hooded Zip Mock Sweatshirt

How to Measure

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Chest:

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

A heavyweight cotton blend with a durable water repellent finish to keep you dry in light rain.

  • Exterior: 13-ounce, 75% cotton / 25% polyester fleece with DWR finish
  • Carbon Heather: 55% cotton / 45% polyester
  • Care Instructions: Machine wash cold gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low remove promptly. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Paxton Sweatshirt for Everyday
Sweatshirts don't get any better this one. Rainy, nasty cold weather does not effect the shirt and I wear it as much as possible. Sheds rain well and still keeps you dry and warm.

Best sweatshirt I own
I own 3 of these and wear one everyday while out feeding cows and checking water tanks . Keeps me warm in temperature up to about -15 below then makes a great base layer absolutely love this hoody wish yall would make it in a few different colors .

Great Sweatshirt, really need a women's version
I bought my boyfriend this sweatshirt to replace his other one he had for 8 years. I was very impressed with the quality and did not hesitate to buy him another. He wears it in all conditions and rarely has to put on another layer. (Usually when it gets near freezing). My only complaint is that there is not a women's version! I would buy multiple colors if Carhartt ever made one!

Disappointed
I received this sweatshirt yesterday for Christmas, while wearing it around the house today, my wife noticed a 2 inch hole in the left sleeve right on the seam. It appears the area was missed during the making. I'm disappointed that I didn't look the shirt over better prior to wearing it. Other then that, this shirt seems to be of the quality that I've become accustomed to from Carhartt.

Best Hoody I've ever owned!
This Hoody is the best I've ever owned bar-none! Controllable body warmth Mock Neck, Rain Defender, Thermal and Durability qualities are excellent! Liked it so much, I purchased two this time!

Much needed purchase
I had a sweater like this a few years back with the 3/4 zip on the front, sadly I lost it. When I found this Carhartt sweater I jumped on the opportunity to purchase it. It's my first choice on those chilly mornings.
